OMG!! Conceptual Outdoor Research team are amazing!!! Phenomenal customer service! They aim to please and won’t stop until the job is perfect! They transformed our back yard from boring to beautiful!!
They created two Pergolas, a gas fire pit with brick retaining wall and seating, a counter height bar table with built in ice cooler to seat 10 people, and a patio floor with beautiful pavers and matching trim work.
We now have several sitting areas and enough room to entertain forty people comfortably. They also installed intimate electrical lighting which is stunning at night. We even have room for an outdoor dance floor! My neighbors are amazed at how beautiful our yard is.
The gas fire pit is so mesmerizing at night. We just turn the knob and we have fire! We added glass rocks to the fire pit to add a little color.
I strongly recommend Conceptual Outdoor Designs! These guys are perfectionists! They ensure every paver is placed with care. Hire them now!!! We are so glad we did! Well worth the money!

Conceptual Outdoor Design executed a plan provided by Landscape Architect Kim Williams.
The plan included a herringbone patterned driveway, rectilinear patio, new steps and split pavers for the existing porch. The site preparation was immaculate.
The crew were professional and knowledgeable. They were at the job site daily until job completion. The new hardcaping is a visual delight which is easy to maintain.

We met with Conceptual outdoor design at the Virginia Beach Home and Garden Show.
We were just trying to get ideas on what to do with our small back yard that would make it more useable. So glad we met them, from the very start they sold us.
Were always on time and always kept me informed on what the next phase of our backyard project patio/deck would be.

My family and I could not have been happier with the job Conceptual Outdoor Design did at our new home. Nate and his team were nothing short of amazing.
We interviewed a number of contractors for this portion of the project and after meeting with Nate and listening to his presentation and knowledge of installation, we hired him on the spot.
His project included building a retaining wall, pool deck, driveway, front walk, mailbox and outdoor kitchen. The workmanship throughout was first class.
During the course of our home build, we dealt with 50+ contractors. Nate and Conceptual Outdoor Design was, hands down, the best we worked with over 18 months of construction.
After we moved in, we had a few service issues completely unrelated in installation that Nate took care of immediately. Our neighbors we so impressed with his work, they hired him to handle their pool deck after he finished our job.

The work was done on time and on budget and very professional. It was a pleasure working with him and his crew.
Now, almost three years later, not a single paver has moved. It looks the same as it did when he completed the work.
